  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Filling:
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast,chopped large
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen green beans ,chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion ,chopped
  • 2 green onions ,minced
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauce :

  • Step 2: Melt butter add flour cook minute

  • Step 3: Add chicken stock

  • Step 4: Cook until thick

  • Step 5: Add cream and lemon juice and seasoning:

  • Step 7: Filling

  • Step 8: Melt butter saute onion and mushrooms

  • Step 14: Add chicken

  • Step 15: Pour into bottom pie crust that you have put into deep dish pie pan

  • Step 16: Top and crimp

  • Step 17: Cut slits into top crust

  • Step 18: Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes until browned

  • Step 19: Let set 15 minutes to cut into 6 or 8 pieces
