  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 3 pounds crab meat
  • 8 ounces white bread, (8 slices),cubed
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, sliced, drained
  • 12 eggs ,hardboiled ,quartered
  • 1 can (5 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 tablespoons onion,minced
  • 2 tablespoons bell pepper, minced
  • 1 jar (2 ounces)pimientos, drained
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup corn chips,crushed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix mayonnaise with 1/2and 1/2

  • Step 2: Add bread and mix

  • Step 3: Add canned and jarred items

  • Step 4: Stir

  • Step 5: Addveggies

  • Step 6: Stir

  • Step 7: Add sherry stir

  • Step 8: Check crab meat for shells add to mixture

  • Step 9: Toss lastly add eggs

  • Step 10: Turn into buttered pam sprayed 3 quart casserole

  • Step 11: Dish cover with saran wrap

  • Step 12: Put in frig overnight

  • Step 13: Take out next day put corn chips on top

  • Step 14: And bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour

  • Step 15: Serve over rice
