  • 2 tablespoons onion,minced

  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces white bread,toasted,(8 slices)
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 ounces bacon,cooked, (8 slices)

  • Step 1: Mix eggs and celery ,onion, mayonnaise,season to taste

  • Step 2: Spread evenly between 4 slices toast

  • Step 3: Top with tomatoes,2 slices bacon and lettuce

  • Step 4: Top with slice of toast

  • Step 5: Insert toothpicks

  • Step 6: In 4 corners

  • Step 7: Of sandiches to help with cutting

  • Step 8: Cut into quarters

  • Step 9: Remove toothpicks to avoid choking hazzard
