  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives,
  • Sliced
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley ,minced
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper, to taste
