Step 1: Place the flour, parmesan powder, oregano, parsley, garlic and pepper in a large re-sealable plastic bag; shake to mix.
Step 2: Add the fish, seal bag and shake to coat the fish.
Step 3: Heat the oil to medium high in a non-stick pan, remove the filets from bag and add to the pan; cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. This will depend on how thick your fish filets are. The fish will flake when poked with a fork when it is cooked through.
