Step 1: In a large bowl combine the 1 cup powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla. Form the mixture into balls.
Step 2: Put the leftovers into the freezer (don't worry you won't have any leftover!).
Step 3: Tip; if your coating the balls in chocolate stick a toothpick into the ball for easy handling. Balls must be chilled or frozen before coating in chocolate.
