  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Step 1: Boil celery for 10 minutes in water until tender crisp

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Melt butter add flour

  • Step 4: Add milk

  • Step 5: Add seasonings

  • Step 6: Thicken

  • Step 7: Add drained celery

  • Step 8: Pour into greased casserole

  • Step 9: Top with bread crumbs mixed with cheese and melted butter

  • Step 10: Put into 375 degree oven and bake until hot and bubbly30 minutes
