  • Step 1: Boil the kohlrabi in water until tender

  • Step 2: Drain and leave in pot on low so dries off ,dont burn

  • Step 3: Meanwhile

  • Step 4: Melt butter add seasonings

  • Step 5: Add flour cook dont brown

  • Step 6: Add milk stir

  • Step 7: Thicken

  • Step 8: Take off heat

  • Step 9: Add egg yolk tempered in

  • Step 10: Pour over kohlrabi
