  • 1/4 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 cups onions, sliced
  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line crockpot with foil. Leaving enough foil to cover when cooked

  • Step 2: Layer 1/2 of each potatoes, onions, and cheese,and bacon. Season to taste. Dot with butter, then repeat

  • Step 3: Cover with remaining foil sprayed with Pam

  • Step 4: Cook on low for 3 hours ,until done
