Step 1: Drop onions in barely boiling chicken broth for about 8 seconds, remove, and peel off skins.
Step 2: Return to broth and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Drain well and set aside.
Step 4: Mix rest of ingredients well in large bowl, then mix in onions.
Step 5: Transfer to and bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees F for 15-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Step 6: Remove and sprinkle with paprika, garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot as side dish. S
