The ingredients are:
  • 2 (397gram) packages of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 ( 5 ounce) cans of chicken, drained or chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, cleand, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, except the puff pastry, blend well, place in refrigerater covered

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350f

  • Step 3: Unfold the puff pastry, roll out the pastry to about 1/4 inch thickness, cut 1 1/2 inch rounds

  • Step 4: Place circles on a lighly gresed cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes

  • Step 5: Cool slightly, cut in half, scoop out a bit if the soft pastry inside

  • Step 6: Have chicken mixture at room temperature or warmed, fill the puffs, put their hats back on and serve
