How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat bacon and butter in heavy skillet over low heat until butter melts.

  • Step 2: Add onion and celery.

  • Step 3: Simmer until bacon is lightly browned.

  • Step 6: Mix thoroughly.

  • Step 7: Makes enough stuffing for a 5 to 6-pound roasting chicken.
