  • 8 ounces pork sausage
  • 1-1/4 cups celery,chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms,chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet

  • Step 2: Cook the sausage, celery, onion and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.

  • Step 3: Add garlic and turmeric

  • Step 4: Cook 1 minute longer

  • Step 5: Stir in broth and sage.

  • Step 6: Bring to a boil.

  • Step 7: Stir in stuffing mix.

  • Step 8: Cover and remove from the heat

  • Step 9: Let stand for 5 minutes.

  • Step 10: Fluff with a fork.
