The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti (1 package)
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, rough chop
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 4 ounces roasted red peppers (1 jar)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the spaghetti until al dente in the water.

  • Step 2: Drain, saving 1/2 cup water.

  • Step 3: In saute pan, heat oil and add garlic and walnuts.

  • Step 4: Toast.

  • Step 5: Pour over pasta.

  • Step 6: Add rest of ingredients and toss.

  • Step 7: Add water if needed.
