Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can(5 ounce)evaporated milk
  • 1 box( 3 ounce) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 package (16 ounces)cream cheese
  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • Pie crust:
  • 2⅔ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl

  • Step 2: Combined all ingredients and whisk together until well combined.

  • Step 3: Press graham cracker crumbs into deep dish pie dish and make sure to go up the sides.

  • Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and let cool.

  • Step 6: For the Creamy Pie

  • Step 7: In a small mixing bowl, mix milk and pudding mix.

  • Step 8: Beat on low speed for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick).

  • Step 9: In another medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

  • Step 10: Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate.

  • Step 11: Gradually beat in pudding mixture.

  • Step 12: Pour mixture into cooled graham cracker crust, or into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.

  • Step 13: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
