Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (hot)
  • 60 grams cream cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (old, divided)
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
  • 1 can (284 mL) beef gravy

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 375ºF.

  • Step 2: Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

  • Step 3: Mix potatoes, cream cheese, garlic and 1/2 cup shredded cheese until blended.

  • Step 4: Combine meat, vegetables and gravy; spoon into a 2 liter casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Step 5: Cover with potato mixture and remaining shredded cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
