The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups frozen lima beans
  • ½ cup red bell peppers,chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 4 green onions,minced
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 garlic clove,smashed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 ounces bacon,(4 strips)
  • ½ cup light cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut up the bacon, bell pepper, red pepper , green onion and onion.

  • Step 2: Put in a skillet with oil, add the bell peppers and onions.

  • Step 3: Cook for about 5 minutes

  • Step 4: Then add the bacon cook another 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Add corn to the pan

  • Step 6: Cook another 5 minutes, (Now if you use fresh corn and lima beans.

  • Step 7: Add the lima beans and cook another 5 minutes.

  • Step 8: Stir in the thyme, pepper and salt according to your taste.

  • Step 9: Add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes ,dont boil
