Step 1: Set oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl whisk together both soups with milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, egg, melted butter, hot sauce and minced garlic until well combined. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, uncooked instant rice and broccoli florets; mix to combined. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
Step 3: Sprinkle/dust the top with paprika. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes or until the rice is tender.
