Step 1: Slice the potatoes as thin as you can.
Step 2: Heat bacon grease or sunflower oil if you are going vegan. Add in potatoes. Season then cook covered until half done
Step 3: Add onions and white part of green onion, turn and stir around
Step 4: Cover cook on low until browned (dont burn them, keep flipping every few minutes)
Step 5: When browned, add herbs and cook 1 minute more so they wilt slightly
