Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds potatoes (peeled, shaved thin)
  • 1/2 cups sliced onions
  • 4 tablespoons oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoons minced dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 2 green onions (minced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the potatoes as thin as you can.

  • Step 2: Heat bacon grease or sunflower oil if you are going vegan. Add in potatoes. Season then cook covered until half done

  • Step 3: Add onions and white part of green onion, turn and stir around

  • Step 4: Cover cook on low until browned (dont burn them, keep flipping every few minutes)

  • Step 5: When browned, add herbs and cook 1 minute more so they wilt slightly
