Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2: In a large cooking pan, heat up oil and add chopped spinach and sliced mushrooms.
Step 3: Saute until spinach cooks down and add minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Saute until garlic is fragrant.
Step 5: Add broth and wine, stir well.
Step 6: Combine flour, heavy cream, Worcestershire, pressed garlic, salt and pepper and stir well. Add to pan
Step 7: Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp start to turn pink
Step 8: Add spaghetti and toss to coat and cook until shrimp is done.
Step 9: Stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano and cook for another minute.
Step 10: Serve right away.
