Step 1: Place the fruit in a bowl and pour the tea over it. Cover it and let it set 6 to 8 hours (or overnight).
Step 2: Heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3: After the fruit has finished setting, beat the two eggs and stir them into the fruit.
Step 4: Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
Step 5: Put batter into two 8 x 4 inch greased and floured loaf pans.
Step 6: Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until finished.
Step 7: Remove from oven, cooling in pans for at least 10 minutes. Finish cooling on a wire rack.
