Step 1: Chop peaches and add to large pitcher along with raspberries. (Leave a few out for garnish)
Step 2: Sprinkle with sugar and stir. Let fruit macerate for 1 hour.
Step 3: Add wine, brandy, rest of sugar, mint leaves and lemon rounds. Stir gently just to combine.
Step 4: Fill glasses with ice, pour in sangria. Add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with reserved fruit. Salud!
