Step 1: Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake tin with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2: Crumble half the granola into a bowl and add half the coconut oil and stir together until well combined, then spread this mixture evently over the base of the prepared tin and then freeze for 20 minutes or until the base has set firm.
Step 3: For the filling, melt the button in a small saucepan over medium heat and then transfer to a bowl and immediately add the remaining ingredients and whisk together until well combined, smooth and spread evenly over the base.
Step 4: Mix the remaining crumbled granola with the remaining oil until well combined, then scatter of the filling and then return the the freezer for 10 minutes or until almost set firm.
Step 5: Cut into 12 squares and served chill.
