  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pound beef flank steak

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place flank steak in shallow glass bowl or baking dish. Whisk together well all other ingredients and pour over steak turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for six hours.

  • Step 2: Preheat grill to medium high heat and oil grill grates. Place steak on grill and discard the marinade. Grill for five minutes per side or to your desired doneness.
