Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1kilogram boneless chicken (8 satay-style chicken kebabs specified)
  • 500 grams naan bread (2 x 250 gram packets)
  • Greek yoghurt, to serve
  • CUCUMBER SALAD:-
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, small halved and thinly sliced
  • 60 grams rocket leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add skewers in two batches and cook, turning regularly, for about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and then remove and cover to keep warm

  • Step 2: Wipe clean the frying an and heat over a medium heat and add naan in two batches and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until hot and then remove.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile make salad - combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well to combine.

  • Step 4: Serve chicken skewers on naan and top with salad and a dollop of yoghurt.
