Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, grated or very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 250 grams raw shrimp (prawns, shelled and deveined, 9oz)
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a fry pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and chili ~ cooking gently for around 2 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add the sherry and prawns, then turn up the heat and cool, stirring occasionally. for 3-4 minutes or until the juices have reduced by half ~ mind you do not over cook the prawns.

  • Step 3: Season with the salt and black pepper and serve.
