Step 1: Cut small florets from the broccoli; trim stem, halve and thinly slice.
Step 2: Prepare noodles according to packet directions and drain and cover to keep warm.
Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat until very hot and then add broccoli and carrots and stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes or until almost tender.
Step 4: Add sauce, cashews, seeds and sesame oil and stir fry until hot and then add noodles and half the onions and stir-fry until hot.
Step 5: Serve sprinkled with remaining onions.
