Step 1: Place the 4 small or 1 large cazuelas on the stove and add about 3 tablespoons olive oil to each (if using small - use all oil if using large pan)
Step 2: When oil is hot, divide garlic and red pepper flakes among cazuelas and stir while cooking for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Divide shrimp evenly into each cazuela.
Step 4: Cook over high heat for 1 minute, season with salt and stir constantly while shrimp sizzle and turn pink.
Step 5: Cook for 1 more minute, or until nearly opaque.
Step 6: Remove from heat - the slightly undercooked shrimp will continue to cook in the sizzling dish for another minute.
Step 7: Sprinkle shrimp with parsley and serve sizzling.
