Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds red new potatoes, cut in half
  • 8 ounces whole green beans,tipped and tailed
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 steaks
  • 1/2 cup greek vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425

  • Step 2: Toss potatoes with vinaigrette mixed with 1/2 the zest

  • Step 3: Toss green beans in vinaigrette

  • Step 4: On oiled baking sheet

  • Step 5: Put potatoes cut side down

  • Step 6: Put green beans down

  • Step 7: Srinkle with salt and pepper

  • Step 8: Bake 20 minutes

  • Step 9: Toss salmon with rest of vinaigrette

  • Step 10: Put on baking sheet

  • Step 11: Sprinkle zest on

  • Step 12: Bake 10 minutes

  • Step 13: Meanwhile

  • Step 14: Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and some juice ,zest parsley and cheese
