Step 1: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta al dente, drain well.
Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 3: Add ground beef and onions and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef
Step 4: Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning until soft, about 1 minute. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
Step 5: Gradually whisk in beef stock and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and slightly thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
Step 6: Stir in pasta, heavy cream until heated through, about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 7: Remove from heat then stir in cheese. Cover let set 5 minutes
