Step 1: Peel and core apples.
Step 2: Cut into thin slices; cut each slice in half crosswise.
Step 3: In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 4: Add apples; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 5: Add brown sugar, cranberries, cinnamon and apple juice; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until apples are tender and sauce is desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Step 6: To serve, spoon frozen yogurt or ice cream into individual dessert dishes.
Step 7: Spoon apple mixture over frozen yogurt or ice cream.
