  • 4 ounces sliced ham (deli ham slices)
  • 4 slices (104 grams) raisin bread (cinnamon raisin bread)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons orange marmalade

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine orange juice and egg in a shallow bowl; stir well with a wire whisk, and set aside.

  • Step 2: Place 2 ham slices on each of 2 bread slices; top with remaining bread.

  • Step 3: Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot.

  • Step 4: Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating both sides well.

  • Step 5: Place sandwiches in skillet, and cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.

  • Step 6: Place sandwiches on individual plates, and sift powdered sugar over tops.

  • Step 7: Serve with orange marmalade.
