Step 1: Preheat oven to 150ºF.
Step 2: Cook steaks in 2 batches. Heat 1/2 of oil. Cook meat 4-5 minutes at high heat in skillet. Turn meat. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Keep warm in oven. Repeat with other steaks.
Step 3: Add butter, mushrooms, shallots, and parsley to pan. Season well. Cook 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4: Pour in cognac. Cook 3 minutes on high heat.
Step 5: Add cream and Tabasco. Cook 5-6 minutes on high heat. Mix in lemon juice.
Step 6: Serve with steaks.
