Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups onions ,sliced
  • 3 cups green bell peppers ,chopped
  • 3 corn cobs (corn on the cob, sliced off cob,milk scraped off too)
  • 3 cups tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the onions in butter

  • Step 2: Add the peppers

  • Step 3: Saute until soft 5 minutes

  • Step 4: Then put these into a double boiler with the rest of ingredients

  • Step 5: And simmer 1 hour i think your going to have to use a bowl over water if you have a double boiler as small as mine
