Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Put this aside.
Step 3: Beat together brown sugar and eggs with a mixer.
Step 4: Beat in the vegetable oil and then the pumpkin puree.
Step 5: Add the dry ingredients mixture alternating with the whole milk in three parts.
Step 6: Mix well and scrape the sides and bottom of bowl between each part. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Spray Pam on it
Step 7: Bake for about one hour.
Step 8: Let the cake cool in the pan and then turn out onto a cooling rack.
Step 9: For the finishing touch, pour the orange cream cheese icing over the top of the cooled bundt cake.
Step 10: FOR ICING: Place cream cheese and confectioners sugar in bowl and beat with a mixer until it becomes a smooth cream.
Step 11: Add the softened butter to the bowl. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a plastic spatula and then add the orange zest, vanilla extract, heavy cream, pinch of salt and orange juice.
Step 12: Set the frosting aside until you are ready to pour over cake.
