Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat heat the oil and then add the onion, cooking for a few minutes until soft and then stir in the garlic and cook stirring for another minute. Add the green beans, sprinkle with salt and pepper and then cook for about 5 minutes or until beans begins to soften.
Step 2: Pour in the orange juice and vinegar and cook stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until beans ar cooked through and sauce begins to thicken.
Step 3: Transfer beans to a serving dish and sprinkle with the toasted pistachios; toss.
