  • 8 ounces pork loin chops
  • 1 can (15 ounce) chili beans
  • 1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans (drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans (drained)
  • 1 can (7 ounce) diced green chilies
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 can (28 ounce) whole plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • 1 can (12 ounces) beer

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dump it all in the crockpot breaking up ground beef meat down at bottom

  • Step 2: Put on high cook 6 hours stirring occasionally

  • Step 3: Pull pork chops out near end and chop into fine pieces and take off from the bone.and toss back in

  • Step 4: May need a little water if to dense
