Step 11: Stir in egg mixture; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until scrambled.
Step 12: To assemble burritos,
Step 13: Spoon line of hash browns down center of each tortilla.
Step 14: Top with cheese and egg mixture.
Step 15: Fold into burrito
Step 16: Can put in tin foil and freeze
