  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups water, as needed
