  • 9 medium whole mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 1/2 ounces bread buns (3 burger buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together all the ingredients except the mushrooms and buns

  • Step 2: Form 3 patties, place in fridge for an hour or so

  • Step 3: Heat a skillet on high, lightly oil, fry the burgers for 1 minute

  • Step 4: Turn the heat to medium, flip the burger, add mushrooms to the pan cover cook for 4-5 minutes

  • Step 5: Flip the burger turn heat a bit lower, stir the mushrooms about. cover and continue cooking for 6 mnutes

  • Step 6: Add condiments that you like to your bun, the patty and enjoy
