  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups onions,sliced
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon minced Italian parsley
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
