  • 6 slices (6 ounces) whole wheat bread (torn up)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup corn, frozen
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry the onion and celery together.

  • Step 2: Layer the bread on the bottom of pam sprayed casserole then vegetables, and cheese in an oiled casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Pour the creamed corn over the top. Then pour the egg mixture over that.

  • Step 4: The eggs mixture is eggs and seasonings

  • Step 5: Let it stand 30 minutes

  • Step 6: Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top

  • Step 7: Then bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour,

  • Step 8: Placed in a pan of hot water.
