Step 1: Mix flour salt and pepper for dredge
Step 2: Dredge fish in flour
Step 3: Butter a 9x13 casserole dish
Step 4: Heat saute pan with 4 tablespoons butter
Step 5: Brown trout on each side
Step 6: Place in casserole
Step 7: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 8: Add 2 more tablespoons of butter
Step 9: Saute the shallots, green onion until tender
Step 10: Add chervil,tarragon and paprika
Step 11: Add wine to deglaze
Step 12: Simmer 5 minutes
Step 13: Add sour cream
Step 14: Stir
Step 15: Pour over trout
Step 16: Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Step 17: When cooked
Step 18: Sprinkle with parsley and chives
