How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in skillet

  • Step 2: Add potatoes

  • Step 3: When halfway cooked add onions

  • Step 6: Meanwhile saute asparagus in butter until soft

  • Step 7: Top the eggs with it

  • Step 8: Cut in wedges
