Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste (adjust as you want for your heat level, I used Thai red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 pound shrimp (large shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound green beans (trimmed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat broiler for at least 5 minutes or so.

  • Step 2: In a bowl whisk together the chili paste, olive oil, soy sauce and honey and then add the shrimp and green beans, stirring to coat.

  • Step 3: On a foil-lined cookie sheet spread the shrimp and green beans in a single layer (discard any excess marinade) and broil for 5 minutes or until green beans are charred and shrimp is cooked.
