Step 1: Wash and dry the orange.
Step 2: Cut the orange into quarters and remove any pips.
Step 3: Place the first 5 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 4: If using the optional ingredients listed in description then ~ wait until the mix is well blended, then stir in the choc chips only, or the nuts or both!
Step 5: Pour mix into a greased and lined 20cm baking tin and bake at 180dg for 50 minutes.
Step 6: Serve warm with cream, or let cake cool and ice with a citrus icing.
