  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced (peeled)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 eggs,diced (hardboiled)
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken breast (boneless, diced)
  • 8 gherkin pickles (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 1 can (15 ounce ) corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced (fresh)

  • Step 1: Boil potatoes in water , drain

  • Step 2: In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar cream and spices
