  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 4 cups water
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons basil, torn
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the veggies in olive oil

  • Step 2: Until lightly browned

  • Step 3: Add tomatoes and simmer 45 minutes

  • Step 4: Meanwhile cook spaghetti in salted boiling water

  • Step 5: Cook until al dente

  • Step 6: Drain

  • Step 7: Meanwhile cook prosciutto ,and pat dry

  • Step 8: Plate spaghetti

  • Step 9: Top with sauce

  • Step 10: Top with prosciutto

  • Step 11: Top with basil and cheese
