  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 392 grams zucchini, sliced ( or 2 medium zucchini)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the butter in a medium skillet on medium high heat to melt it.

  • Step 2: Put in the garlic, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.

  • Step 3: Add the chicken. Let everything cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.

  • Step 4: Place the chicken on a plate and set it aside.

  • Step 5: Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet. Salt and pepper everything to taste.

  • Step 6: Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, letting the zucchini get tender.

  • Step 7: Place the chicken back into the skillet and cook for a couple more minutes.
