Step 2: Combine ground beef and seasonings.

Step 4: Shape into 4 patties
Step 5: Grill covered (or use a toaster oven or broiler) until done 10 to 12 minutes. Flip once during cooking.
Step 6: Cut patties into slices
Step 7: Stuff into pitas
Step 8: Add lettuce cucumber tomato and onion
Step 9: Serve with sauce.
